I have to say that if we had access to the internet this year it would have been great. Our children are aged between 10 and 17 and we are discovering it's not easy anymore. Their demand for internet is making it harder to get the older ones to come down. We are considering getting rid of the mobile as we got it to keep the kids entertained and without internet they are frustrating. Things have changed, better or worse they have changed.

I rang looking for broadband in a rural location after many weeks of trying unsuccessfully with certain lined broadband providers. I was given honest and useful advice. I was on the phone for over 15mins and was steered in the right direction. Even offered to come to my house to check which provider suits my area.

Really could have done with a service like this for the kids this year. Got a mobile thing from three and I dont know how much credit it took as I just topped it up out of my pocket. I recon I spent at least 160 on it over a few weekends and the two weeks holidays I took. The speed was very poor as I have to walk around to talk to people how much is your service and how do I get it

Air Wifi set up the wifi in our apartment block which is for students. We had an issue with access, they responded instantly after we contacted support and resolved our issue immediately on line and sent out a representative to ensure we were happy. Great service and helpful people. Thanks

Garrett has been involved with various projects in Dobbs Boarding Cattery, His work is meticulous and he does not give up until the issue is resolved. We have wanted web access at our park for years, and have tried everything. The gsm dongles meet a need yet are so frustratingly slow and choppy. Would love quality connection for pleasure and most importantly for the kids. Great idea, fingers crossed our park install.

We had a week long family gathering last year. The lack of Wifi became a huge thorn in our sides. The kids particularly were very frustrated if not annoying. Anytime we drove somewhere they were hanging out the car windows looking for a chance of 3G or wifi. A few of the adults needed to check work emails and catch up on business. This took from the holiday experience. Having wifi on site would have a huge impact on our choice of holiday location next time. Air Wifi would be a great addition to the facilities there already.

This service is available in Oatfields park up the road from our park. I sometimes go up and pay for an hour and sit out side to check work emails, pay bills on line and other things. I hope that air wifii is going to install in our park as this would enable me spend more time in the mobile and on the site, as I can carry out work commitments on line.
